A stunning display of fireworks welcomed in the New Year and we felt as though we were right in the middle of them. Calton Hill always has a great atmosphere and this year was no different. I took some great photos, but managed to delete the lot in my excitement! So you get a rather fuzzy picture of us all taken with my iphone in the dark, under a lamp post on Calton Hill - a wonderful reminder of our night together.

Back home and bed.

I got up and made a stack of pancakes for us all to enjoy before Kards, Melody and Louis returned to Glasgow. We chilled for the rest of the day and Sam returned home in the afternoon just a little worse for wear ;)
