Today's picture is of a glove at work, we have pink gloves where I work now. When I first saw them I thought of someone I used to work with back in Hampshire who was very into pink and would love to work somewhere with pink gloves!! It makes me smile whenever I have to put them on, which is quite often in my line of work...

I chose a Bible verse about hands, do you know that gloves aren't mentioned in the Bible that I could find!! I don't think this verse is one to take literally, but it's meaning is that if there is something that is causing you to sin, then you should cut it out of your life. This is easier said then done I realise, but the second sentence tells us why we should, that it is better to have cut off that part then to risk going to hell because of sinning. Maybe something that should challenge us all to reflect on our lives and if there is something that we should be cutting out as it is making us sin...
