Shepherd's warning

A day of writing and planning. It was a shame to be indoors most of the time when the weather was mild, pleasant and mostly sunny, with a beautiful cloudless azure blue overhead. So much for the old adage about red sky in the morning. This was the dramatic dawn colour, glowing behind the beech tree, that greeted me when the kitchen blind first went up this morning.

Interesting to compare this with the blip I posted last Monday, a sunset shot of the same view. Just goes to show what a varied palette Mother Nature can conjure up.
