Proper channels...

last month I couldn't have blipped this roof -

the tree in the bottom right has recently been pollarded so voila a channel

back to yesterday...

Christine went through the proper channels -
She waited days at a time for appointments with her GP
She took the IBS medicine to control the spasms
She took the laxatives to shift the side effects of the other medicines

And now they are proposing chemotherapy for the tumour she was told wasn't there

The NHS has some good points but listening to patients isn't one of them
