I've walked past this building a gadzillion time

and never once noticed that there was an original old style street sign half way up

Back at the office -

Christine's tumour had sealed the gap between her small and large intestine (ileocecal valve)

the biopsy result is pending

but she's well enough to be up and walking small distances
