.......exotic art......
D got back from his and V's trip to India yesterday.he came out for a beer with B and I tonight...........he told us a few tales of his trip and then gave us both a present...a pack of cards featuring scenes from the Kama Sutra!
B opened is pack and began to look through them........the Ace of Spades made him raise his eyebrows...as did the two...and the three.....but the four had him really flummoxed.."What the hell's that?" he asked? I took the card from him....had a glance and said "Well lets start by turning it the right way up!".....he took the card back ....looked .....and nearly choked on his beer! That boy has led a sheltered life!
Modesty forbids me to describe it in any detail to you...but lets just say Bill Clinton would have got it straight away!
Semi-final of the Quiz Cup tonight...away to arch rivals the Cricket Club.....handicap meant we had to give them a 1 point start....we were slaughtered....due to unbalanced questions....so unbalanced even the opposition commiserated with us at the end.
After the first round we were 5 points behind and we never got closer to them through the whole match....ended up losing 46-35....and this to a team we beat home and away in the League!
Some for you to try...including several of the unbalanced pairs.
