Well, today I started Deep Water Therapy here at the Y. Nine foot deep pool... nearly drowned... I was assured by the other three participants that I would get stronger and be able to stay up by myself! The pool is nice and warm.
Next time to survive is Thursday.
Next Arctic Blast should arrive on the same day.
I have one rule about this weird winter... I do not go out if the thermometer is in the minus F digits. Today was a normal +15ºF
