Shaking with laughter

Shaking with laughter
Splitting their sides
Rolling in the aisles.
The sounds carry on the wind
Making the tree reverberate
And hum
And dance
Like a whirling dervish
Until the tremors lessen
As the audience drifts away
Exhausted and uplifted.


Just enjoyed a sublimely surreal and brilliantly performed Bible by the Reduced Shakespeare Company. Can't recommend it highly enough. Not allowed to take a picture of the performance or performers but this tree, with some distortion, will do nicely. For me at least. Night all.
