Ascent up to Hell!

Today I trained at the more hardcore gym on my street, where my trainer prefers to train! This is the staircase up to where the assault course style equipment is! Consequently I am now half dead, and have just found out that my unreliable colleague has once again phoned in sick and I'm required to work tonight! Happy days!!
