Another pud

Another day another pud. This time Baked Ruby Plums with cinnamon and honey.
Easy to make; halve the plums, take out the stone, fill the dimple with honey, and sprinkle on some cinnamon then finally a slosh of red wine to create the sauce. Tonight I used some mulled wine to give them a winter spicy flavour. Bake until soft and serve hot with cream or greek style yoghurt or ice cream or crème fraiche. Quick, cheap and easy to make, cook with something else to save energy and it counts as one of your five day.
