Sticky Toffee Pud

After a day cleaning up the garden of leaves, staining the new wood from yesterdays activities, taking Cal cross country training (he run's I chase after on bike) I was ready for our Sunday evening meal. We are traditionalists sat round a table no distractions just good food and a glass of wine. Tonight it was roast beef and Yorkshire's (local beef farmshop bought) followed by Cartmel Sticky Toffee pud with cream. This has to be the best pud you can eat. Don't be fobbed off with cheap imitations go on line and order one for Christmas here. Satisfaction guaranteed.
