Back at St Thomas' Hospital this afternoon for part 2 of the pain management course. It was better today... no less intense and exhausting, but I didn't cry!

Had a little sit and a remember in Jubilee Gardens next to the London Eye just before... the weather was glorious, just like it was about 40 months ago.
