Now in Bavaria, on time.

Only slightly frazzled by BA and Heathrow (see yesterday's Blip).

A bit more frazzled by the A9 (Autobahn going north from Munich). Completely shut northbound at one point due to an accident. A 45 minute trip became a 2 hour one. The same thing happened last time I was here.

Now being unfrazzled by a glass of classy Chilean red.

The Blip is Terminal 5 at Heathrow. First time I've had to use it. Clearly the architect thought he/she was designing a shopping centre and then added a few airport accoutrements as an afterthought.

I ought to have had 2 hours there. A relaxing lunch and perhaps a glass of wine. BA and Heathrow had other plans for me...

Ah well...
