Choppy

I got out for a run early this morning.

A friend had posted on social media asking if anyone wanted to join them and it was too good to miss out on.

We had a very enjoyable run, saw the day break, and chatted all the way round.

On my way to work afterwards I took the opportunity to look (from a safe distance) at the waves crashing against the sea wall.

I love watching the sea.
