Day 18: Concentrate

Tried to take an underwater photo in my work pool today. I'm not sure what I was aiming to get but using the delay feature and a lot of patience I just about managed to capture my feet.

Today I managed to slog my way through a 2km set, but I wasn't really fully focused on what I was doing - too much work stuff going round in my head. As a result, I managed to breath in when I should have been breathing out; swallow a lot of water; and only just make it to the end of the pool before bringing it up. This training lark isn't all glamour.
