Day 19: Relax and roll

1 hr run after work tonight where I had to remind myself to stay in my zone. At this stage in the year it is all about building the endurance base by sticking to the plan. It doesn't matter if you see a runner in the distance that you want to "race". It doesn't matter if you feel good and can push harder. Stick to the plan. Slower is good just now.

Finished the run and spent some time on the foam roller. Ouch. Ouch. Ouch.
