Golden Gate Bridge, San Francisco

This morning we wandered round the quaint old gold mining town of Groveland - looked like it had come straight out of a western movie! We were invited into the Iron Door Saloon again to take photos and whilst we were snapping outside the fire station they kindly agreed to let us sit in the fire engine for a photo op!

Our next stop was at the Miner vineyard in the Napa Valley for a wine tasting. Some very nice wines, although I didn't think the dearest bottle warranted the $90 price tag. Very enjoyable - but probably not a good idea before lunch!

We arrived in San Francisco just before sunset - perfect timing to capture the Golden Gate Bridge as the sun was going down.
