The fungus I blipped last week (11/11) are still on the march - not content with the grassed area they have infiltrated the boarders!

Day in the office today dealing with two of my team who were having problems sorting out an issue between them, if only they had chatted on the phone or face to face instead of sending an email which was mis-interpreted.

Then prepared for an appraisal tomorrow - going to have to say some things which may be difficult for team member to take on board so I'm not really looking forward to that.

Drafted a couple of articles for our tenant newsletter and then responded to a formal complaint.

Most disappointingly I went out at lunchtime and after work with the sole purpose of buying some new clothes and came home with nothing!

Now for dinner and a good rest!!
