Time for tea
Well I have been scouting all the supermarkets in our vicinity to find caster sugar and icing sugar!! There seems to be a critical shortage of these sugars in HK and I'm starting to get worried. How can I run a cake business without sugar, aaaaaggggghhhhhh!
Found this rather comprehensive display of tea, which is something I love! Both Martin and I are tea drinkers and appreciate a good cup! Martin does a fabulous blend of loose Earl Grey tea and regular black tea and it is so good! Especially with homemade scones.
