Charity Christmas Card Sale 2009

Today was a busy day. Spent 3 hours covering the lunch period for the volunteers who spent their day raising money for approximately 15 to 20 different charities.

Sales were steady but seems more animal charities have been favoured so far. The charity we are representing is Kidneys For Life; they raise awareness & money to help people with renal disease.

ALL of the money raised goes directly to the charities represented. No pennies go towards admin etc hence why i support this type of event.

Tomorrow attending a craft workshop involving cotton reels, stamping & assembling the end item, mmmm sounds interesting :-)
