Lower Stapple Gate Field in February

It's taken 5 go's to try to download today's picture on here - those in charge of this website seriously need to do something about their server as it's not up to scratch!

I just managed to get a shot of this view in for February. The most photographed field in Itchingfield hasn't changed that much! In fact is was even soggier than ever - you can see the waterlogging. The stream was well up in the wood and the mud was very bad. The ground remains thoroughly saturated. I was lucky to get to this spot before the rain carried on, so the dry interlude was very welcome!
