Extreme drought : The End

I'm laughing at myself now. I just called to Callum, "Quick! Let's go outside! It's a beautiful day!". That's what happens when you've only seen rain twice since early December and before that, pretty much not since last May. Is this the end of the extreme drought in Los Angeles?
