Bruton

I've had a busy day today. I've done loads of cooking, starting with a hot breakfast and continuing with carrot & ginger soup for lunch, fish pie for dinner followed by apple betty, plus crumbles and millionaire's shortbread for the lads.

In between all this, hubby and I went to Bruton, to visit my friend Amanda's exhibition, which is superb! Amanda's done some amazing collagraph prints lately, and has invited me to her studio in the Silk Mill to have a go for myself.

While we were in Bruton, we went into Sexey's Hospital, which isn't a hospital at all but Almshouses. I liked this distorted view through the old glass panes of the window in the Jacobean Chapel - worth a look in large.
