Poor Man's Shortbread*

It's supposed to be Millionaire's Shortbread but I don't think a millionaire would give me much for it - the shortbread's rather crumbly, the caramel hasn't set and the chocolate fractured when I cut it. About a million calories a slice chunk though! But I'm told it tastes wonderful :-)

*Edit: a Facebook friend has told me that I've just invented Millionaire's Crumble - I love it!
