45 minutes from my house to the Famous Grouse Distillery and 45 minutes back - with a cup of coffee in the middle.

No idea why or when the bunnet and scarf appeared. Pondered whether it was a gesture of solidarity with the duke of Wellington and his pokey hat!

My wee walk meant I clocked up the requisite 10,000 steps today. Realistically though, Sunday is the only day that's likely to happen. When the boffins come up with these ideas, do you think they ever stop and consider the reality of people's lives?
