Standing Proud

Kirkcaldy Old Kirk is the site of the first Christian worship in Kirkcaldy after Celtic missionaries brought the faith in the 5th century.
The square tower is the features of the foreground of this picture. The body of the church to the rear is much later and was remodelled in the 20th century.
The tower dates from the 15th century.
