A penny for your thoughts

Where ever I lie or sit or go to, Maggie is following me. And as she knows that I am not good for much entertainment at the moment, she gives me this look and sometimes a big sigh. Then she falls asleep until she hears any movement.

Any possible action? She jumps up and follows me....
