PALE WOOD VIOLET (VIOLA REICHENBACHIANA)

A grey, blustery morning for our walk this morning. After lunch, Mr.MS7 cut the grass at the back of the house and I continued the pruning I started yesterday.

I found this Pale Wood Violet flowering in a sheltered spot in the garden. This is a wild flower, grown from a few seeds I had collected a few years ago.
