Had you been anywhere near my workshop in Moffat this afternoon ,you would have learned swearwords way beyond your wildest imaginings!!
And been treated to a demonstration of spray painting in red!!

But my training from my days in the French Foreign Legion proved their worth..... a little spahgnum moss and a dock leaf and Im almost whole again!

Apart from the whomp-whomp and reaching for the co-codamol!!
