2 days running....

..cant be bad! have made it to blip!

up early (after early to bed!) and a walk to Colliers Wood (the site of the old Moorgreen Pit!). Even before 8am it's well busy..i suspect were all of the same thinking to avoid the rain due later!

This shot is a little in keeping with yesterday. This mural is on the side of Caunton Engineering, which is located on the old Pit site, as part of the industrial estate (on one side). The other side is of course Colliers Wood.

I love this mural, though it seems probably Eastwood Town Council don't, as it's not really been kept in good condition over the last couple of years!

back home by 9am, breakfast, and then pork shoulder in the oven!

p..s under the mural is a painted goal post! i don't know who painted it, but no one ever plays footy on that main road!
