little legs...

...are v tired after walking around the Photography Show at the NEC. Was a great day, never been, enjoyed it, and also bagged a bargain addition to my kit....an 100mm macro lens 2.8L IS USM! woo!

so, after tea tonight, took my little legs and Petes 4 legs out for a wander in the dark, armed with camera and new lens. there's always something to take a photos of, even when its dark (i like the lights in the background, my bokeh effort!)

The cenotaph at the top of Plumptre Way in Eastwood is always lit up. I captured this, and thought it appropriate with all the coverage of the centenary of WW1 at present.

6 legs returned after about an hour of wandering, and i think i'll be an early night for both of us....whacked!
