Mr. Lizard

I was picking up some debris in the yard today and this guy was underneath it. He wasn't moving fast at all and he was very easy to catch. He was cold to the touch, was isn't good for reptiles, so I held him in my hand for a while (lower triangle).

After some time for him to get warm, I opened my hand so he could run away, (right triangle) but he was having none of that. I think he wasn't real happy with me opening my hand. I closed my hand again for a while, then reopened it next to to the ground, but he wouldn't leave.

Finally, I placed him on the ground cover (top left triangle) and he just hung out there for a while and was quite content to let me pet him. I finally left and came back a half hour later and he had given up on me and sought shelter elsewhere.
