Student housing

These lovely old villas in the centre of Dunedin are now flats probably for students. Part pulled curtains is one clue, the other can be the number of 'empties" outside. ie beer bottles etc.
Very central, probably spacious and usually cold and drafty. The local blue stone has been used for the small retaining wall by the footpath. Many of these old dwellings are rather like ones in Edinburgh but usually far smaller. These are nicely painted up and the left hand one seems to have four heat pumps, so may be it is not cold at all.
