Yes it is criminal, a beautifully restored piece of Art Deco and someone parks in front, there are plenty of parking areas, there is no badge, therefor no need to block the view, I repeat criminal. I used to get my sweets from this window before heading into the pictures on a Saturday afternoon, I want the memory, not someones laziness in view.
