An appointment with The Emir of Qatar.

I was not expecting to be in the presence of the supreme ruler of the State of Qatar during my six month work project here. This glittering ceremony, celebrating educational excellence and promulgating an educational vision for the State of Qatar until the year 2030 was a highly impressive occasion and one that gave me a further fascinating insight into how Qatar is really putting education at the forefront of all that it does here.
