"A cheerful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones." Proverbs 17:22

Today's picture is of a medicines calculations workbook that I had to work through for work and then a test. It is very important that as a nurse our calculations are up to scratch and the pass mark is understandably 100%. I hope I pass!!!

This Bible verse has more wise words, advising us to have a cheerful heart, and that this is like a good medicine. I try and be cheerful, but some days are easier than others, but it is important, even on the hard days. I pray that the Holy Spirit will help me and you to be as cheerful as we can be each and every day...
