Snooze

Again, the only photo I took today. Notable not for the sleeping child (adult child home from hard day at work), but for the cat curled in next to her. Puppet had been snuggling up next to me all day which is very out of character for her.

I was home today. First day of 2 weeks annual leave. I spent it writing my presentation for tomorrow's interview and reading more and more reports. I ended up confusing myself. And so I conclude, there is no more my brain can soak up at the moment. If I don't know it now I won't be able to articulate it in the interview. And so to bed.

Interview prep was interspersed with emotional trawls around the garden calling out for my lost cat. And I fear she is indeed very lost. I would be surprised if I ever see her again. Lovely girl.
