No Strings attached

Day in Wellington. We had breakfast at a local cafe (free Wi-Fi) where we also organised our motels for the next three planned stops and caught up on the emails. Back to the motel to get ready for a walk-about. We walked down to the harbour and along Queens Wharf taking numerous photographs. The Blip-foto is of a sphere suspended in the Civic Square and yes it is held in place by a number of fine steel wires. We spent the afternoon in the Museum of New Zealand Te Papa Tongarewa, walked back to the motel and then out for our evening meal. Tomorrow, the drive to Napier via Levin.
