Flippin' Pancakes!

So I learnt this morning that today is Shrove Tuesday, or Pancake Day as it is known in the UK because all of our holidays must revolve around food (trust me, I for one am not complaining!).

Just for some fun at lunch there was a pancake race, where people from local businesses got into teams of 4 and raced with a pancake on a frying pan, bit like an egg and spoon race except you also had to flip the pancake at the half way point. Good fun was had by all!
