#100happydays 30/100 A Good cause

I was a marshal at the Newport Half Marathon today. It rained, and was cold, and was very windy, which apparently is not too bad if you're running 13 miles, but when you're standing around in it......................brrrrrrrrrrr!

Anyway, more than 1000 people ran, and it was lovely to be able to spot some people I knew and give them a little cheer of encouragement on their way.
