A small sylvan stream

Being still far too wet to go out over the fields, I went for a walk down Hampers Lane after work and walked a short way down the lane to the point where a path from Leechpool Woods joins Hampers Lane. There is a short length of boardwalk here and it crosses a small leafy stream which feeds a much larger one that was in full flow. This small stream has a lot of Laurel growing around it along with mosses and ferns.
