Old Hampton Lane

A few years ago this was a country lane with two way traffic. Then it was the subject of a gating order by the County Council and only the farmer would normally have a key for the gates. When I parked up this morning there was clear evidence of other use. You can see tyre marks near each hedge (and the old centre line still visible!). It was a wonder how two cars could have passed each other on this section. Maybe the hedges have moved in to reclaim the space! I didn't have time to check but I suspect someone has driven down there and tipped rubbish.

Makes me seeth in anger.
