Scunnered!

I'm fair scunnered with this damn wet weather! I think I am growing webbed feet and scales. When is it going to stop! When I was out with the dogs this morning even the ducks were under shelter that's how bad it is. Went into town this afternoon and couldn't find anywhere to park as someone in their wisdom has decided the town's car park needs TARRED! The entire bloody town and indeed most of argyll is almost disappearing due to all the flaming potholes in the roads and they decide to tar the flaming car park! Who runs this crackpot county cause I'm thinking the lunatics have finally taken over and they are in Kilmory!
