Eyesore

This building has looked like this for all the years I have lived here. All comes down to planning permission and a local fertiliser storage place which won't allow houses to be built within a certain distance, even though they built a wee estate closer. So what do I know. Large

Rain was forecast for this lunchtime but it is still dry and really quite warm out.
