New Shoes

I wear out lots of shoes, these are my latest purchase for the spring. I find Clarks shoes the most comfortable and best fit for my feet.

Flat - We have been made an offer on the flat and said we would accept it, this is now with the solicitor to send it in writing then the flat goes 'Under Offer'. Woo Hoo!

I find all this house selling rather stressful because we have been burnt by it before. Still a long way to go but this is amazing news.
