Signs that Spring is hopefully on its way

Driving home from work today I managed to find a place to stop to get a shot of this mass of Crocus flowers growing in a wooded area just off the main road.

I have been watching these growing for a week of so now but have never managed to find a suitable place to stop the car and jump out to shoot them before.
