Delayed gratification

Ok, two days late but as Mrs BH has been away for a couple of days she hadn't had the opportunity to taste my pancakes. So tonight was the night. (I'd made extra and frozen them - they freeze and thaw brilliantly, FYI!)

Two more pancakes with cheese, salad on the side. Simple but tasty.
