Dancing in the Dark

Dancing is a wonderful way to keep active and enjoy yourself at the same time and even if you can't get out of a chair you can do some hand dances.

I like to dance in the kitchen whilst making food. You don't have to be perfect or even good, you just have to like the music that's making your feet tap.
