Much Needed

I don't drink much coffee - but I definitely needed this one at lunchtime.
The kids were at mother & toddler and by the time we got them home they were hyper.
Squirrel gets naughty when she is tired - and My God was she naughty between getting home and lunchtime.
However, it meant there was a lovely quiet afternoon while The Cygnet was at nursery.

SWMBO is still losing weight (only a pound this week, but still going down).
Good for her is what I say.
No idea what my weight is doing.
