GARDEN TOUR: DAY 8

Oops, I know, I know ! I've been side-tracked. This dahlia appeared in yesterday's blip, in the bottom right hand corner, throwing it's branches out in a very unladylike like fashion. As I passed this morning to take today's photo, I decided to tie her up. I always carry a pocket full of cut up strips of nylon stockings for such occasions. Having tied her up I thought 'why not blip her' - so - why not ! I love dark red dahlias, and this is Taratahi Ruby.

Last year I bought a dozen new ones, and with my other dahlia patch overflowing, I wondered where I'd put them ? No argument, the BITSER CORNER !
